A Cocktail Menu Inspired by the World
Our signature menu has been carefully curated around countries that have inspired us throughout our travels. From the Mediterranean charm of Italy and Greece to the vibrant streets of Mexico, the exotic spices of India, and the refreshing flavors of Thailand, every cocktail tells a unique
story.
Each recipe has been developed using premium spirits, fresh juices, house-made syrups, oleos, and modern mixology techniques to capture the character of its destination.

● Aegeo
A refreshing tribute to Greece, blending mastiha, fresh pink
grapefruit juice, pink grapefruit oleo, fresh lime juice, and a
touch of rosewater.
● Amalfi Verde
Inspired by Italy’s Amalfi Coast, featuring Sardinian citrus
gin, Midori, fresh melon juice, lemon oleo, fresh lemon
juice, and a delicate absinthe spray.
● Crystal Espresso
A luxurious Mexican-inspired milk-washed cocktail
combining 1800 Reposado Tequila, espresso, and Pastelli
syrup for an exceptionally smooth finish.
